Who we are

This website is run by SAESSO, an independent jewellery studio working between the UK and Ibiza. You can contact us about your data at the email address on our website.

What we collect

Only the email address you enter when you join our list. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

Why we use it

To send you collection previews, stories and news from the bench. We rely on your consent, which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email, or by writing to us.

Who handles it for us

• Netlify, which hosts this website and may receive form submissions.
• Klaviyo, which stores our mailing list and sends our emails.

Both act on our instructions under data processing agreements. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area, covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it.

Your rights

Under the UK GDPR and the EU GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to or restrict its use. Just email us. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, you can complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or, if you live in Spain, the Spanish data protection authority (AEPD).
